Founder Michael Curtin has been a successful sales and marketing executive for almost 20 years. As well as being a senior hiring manager, he was a Vice President and Partner in two $75-million companies. His experience is not just in recruiting, but in hiring over 200 people for his own departments, offices and firms. He founded his first recruiting firm in 1998. This company went on to place over 60 management professionals in its first year with almost $1million in revenue and is still operating today.
We are all former clients of recruiting firms and have shared the same experiences, some good and some not so good. We use these experiences to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of service and view us as a partner more then a vendor.
